Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agent Founders website, products, and services operated by Chris Lee ("we", "us", "our") located in Chilliwack, BC, Canada. By purchasing a product or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Products and services

Agent Founders offers digital educational products including but not limited to: the Agent Founders Package (\$497 one-time payment), the Agent Founders Accelerator, newsletters, and free guides. All products are digital and delivered electronically through our platform at theagentfounders.com.

Account registration

To access purchased products, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

Payment and pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All sales are final except as described in our refund policy below.

Conditional money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee on the Agent Founders Package. This is not an unconditional refund. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Complete every weekly assignment on time. Each week has specific deliverables. You must complete them by the due date, not weeks later.
  2. Send all required outreach messages. The system requires a minimum of 50 outreach messages during the program. You must send them as instructed.
  3. Follow the system as designed.This means using the provided templates, tools, and methods. Not a modified version. Not "your own approach inspired by the program." The actual system.
  4. Provide documented proof. You must submit screenshots, links, or other evidence showing you completed every step. We will review your submission before processing any refund.

If you complete all of the above within 30 days of purchase and still have not gotten results, we will refund 100% of your purchase price. No questions asked at that point.

If you did not complete the work, skipped steps, or cannot provide proof of completion, you do not qualify for a refund. This policy exists because the founders who fail are the ones who skip steps, not the ones who follow through. We stand behind the system for people who actually use it.

Refund requests

To request a refund, email chris@theagentfounders.comwithin 30 days of purchase with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your proof of completion. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

No income guarantees

Agent Founders is an educational program. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business results. Results shared on our website, emails, or social media are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Any income figures or results mentioned are examples only and should not be considered as average or guaranteed outcomes.

Intellectual property

All content, templates, code, tools, and materials provided through AI Solo Founders are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post our materials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or access with others
  • Copy, redistribute, or resell any program materials
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or staff

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Founders and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund outside the guarantee period described above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
